can i keep the mermaid tail and/or shark fin?  

Yes, mermaid tails & shark fins are available for purchase, but safety first! We highly recommend booking a swimming session with the add on option to purchase your tail/fin in order to learn how to use your new tail/fin.

However, if this doesn't work with your schedule tails and fins are available for purchase online with same day night time delivery to all hotels, and 2 day delivery to all other locations island wide. 

how far in advance should i book?  

Please plan ahead and book online. We can only accommodate one session at a time and we are getting ready for a very busy season. Booking ahead directly on this website, compared to through your hotel or one of our affiliates, also provides you the lowest price guarantee :)

can males participate?  

Absolutely! We have costume options (i.e. pirate outfits, mermen tails or shark fins) for males of all ages & sizes that want to participate in the fantasy fun. There is also the option for anyone to participate in photoshoots + excursions without a fantasy costumes. Our goal is your comfort, safety and happiness!

are there any age requirements?

We have one of a kind experiences designed for all ages...infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, senior citizens, etc!

Photoshoots and Beach+Boat Excursions can be tailored to accommodate all ages. However mermaid tail swimming sessions start from age 6 and up.  

what should i bring?

Please come dressed in your favorite bathing suit. Bring a towel, water bottle, sunglasses and your smile. 

what kind of sunscreen should i bring?

Spray sunblock is harmful to our precious plants, coral and ocean friends. Each year between 4000-6000 metric tons of sunscreen washes off swimmers and snorkelers into coral reef environments. Please do not use sunscreen that contains any of the following coral bleaching ingredients:  

Oxybenzone (benzophenone-3); Octinoxate (Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate); 4-methylbenzylidene camphor (4MBC); Butylparaben

what is your cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund with 72 hour notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
